Bizagi offers multiple ways to execute AI Agents, enabling flexible integration of artificial intelligence into your business processes. Depending on your use case, you can choose from four distinct execution modes, each suited for specific interaction contexts:
1.Activity Actions: Trigger AI Agents when entering or exiting an activity within a process. This method is ideal for automating decisions or validations without user interaction during a task.
2.Form Actions: Embed AI execution directly in a process form, linked to user interface elements like buttons. This allows end users to interactively run AI Agents—for example, to compare uploaded files or analyze content in real time.
3.Entity Forms: Use AI Agents across a wide variety of entity-based forms, such as Start Forms, Nested Forms, Event Forms, and more. This mode enables AI-powered automation beyond the context of a running case and supports broader usage across your data model and process design.
4.Pipelines: Integrate AI Agents into any pipeline step, including those outside typical IA tasks. While powerful, this option should be used with care—especially in non-IA tasks—due to potential execution time and responsiveness concerns in the Work Portal.
Each of these modes supports specific needs and user interactions, providing the versatility to incorporate AI at the right moment within your workflows.
