Free - Getting Started with Bizagi Modeler

As a user of Bizagi Modeler FREE subscription, you can work on your business processes in industry-standard BPMN, using Bizagi Modeler desktop application.

 

As a single user, you can model, document, simulate and publish processes.

You can create an unlimited number of processes and models, and save them in your local desktop.

This article is designed to help new users of the free version of Bizagi Modeler get up and running quickly.

Follow these steps to install, model, and share your first process.

 

Step 1: Understand Free vs. Paid Features

Most modeling features are available in the free version. However, some advanced features are exclusive to paid users.

Step 2: Download and Install Bizagi Modeler

Visit the Bizagi Modeler download page and install the application on your computer.

Note: You must register for a free Bizagi account or log in with your existing credentials to access the download.

 

Step 3: Create Your First Process

Once installed, open Bizagi Modeler and start a new diagram. You can drag and drop elements to model your business process.

Step 4: Share or Publish Your Process.

After modeling your process, you can share it in multiple formats, such as:

Export to Word or PDF: Use the export options to generate documentation files.

Publish to a SharePoint: Publish your model SharePoint online or on-premises.
