Bizagi Modeler lets an organization build a global process collaboration platform. Employees can collaborate efficiently as they document processes and certify themselves on the processes they are involved in, ensuring better governance and compliance.
Efficiency
Dedicated Cloud Services: isolated instances of Bizagi Modeler with a personalized URL.
Single Sign-On: by configuring Bizagi to authenticate using your identity management systems, you can avoid the need for re-authentication.
My Processes: right from the home screen of the Web Application, you can see a listing of not just the processes you are involved in but all processes published by the organization.
Collaboration
Advanced Search: search across all the processes shared with or created by you. Also, perform property-based searches within individual processes.
Activity Stream: keep track of all the changes made to the processes while you are away.
Real-time notifications and synchronization: see who checked out a process diagram, get notified each time a change is made, and get alerts when the process is available to work on again.
Governance
Process Compliance: the organization can improve governance and compliance by having users certify that they have read the procedure and all of its steps.
Value Chain Diagram: model and visualize the entire process landscape of your business through the Value Chain Diagram.
Revision history: version your processes to create snapshots and achieve better control and governance while you collaborate with your colleagues.
This welcome guide is intended to ensure a smooth transition to your new cloud-based service while also providing you with resources and information to help you take your first steps.
Bizagi Modeler is a comprehensive set of cloud services that enables your entire team/organization to rely on exclusive features available from either the Process Library or a desktop application, such as collaborating and performing adjustments in business processes; reviewing the processes and adding comments from any device; or working offline, among other features. This service is made up of the following components:
•Process Library: it is a website with a customized URL (https://model-companyname.bizagi.com/) accessible via a browser, where you can find all the business processes that you have designed and uploaded to the cloud.
•Customer Portal: it is a website accessible via a browser, where you can manage all the users of your subscription and the permissions of the models within it.
•Desktop application: it is exclusively where you design your business processes: add and edit process flows and maps, along with their documentation; add complementary definitions (roles and participants) and simulate them. You can upload models to the cloud using this app.
Your subscription to Bizagi Modeler entitles you to:
•There is only one subscription owner. The ownership of the subscription is bound to that user's (or appointed email) purchasing the Enterprise subscription. The subscription owner is the one who serves as an admin to manage users within the subscription.
•Each model uploaded will become part of the subscription. Users can review and collaborate on the definitions and the design of business processes stored in the cloud (i.e. models). The access and permissions for each user of a model depend on the permissions given. All users have access to the storage described on your shared storage plan 1 TB.
•There is no limit on the number of business processes and attachments related to their documentation. A real limit is bound to the storage employed by business processes and attachments altogether.
•All users are granted access to the Process Library. Each of the users has their own dedicated account (i.e., a non-shared and unique email and password). Consider that only the owner of the subscription will be able to view and manage details of the subscription; and only this same owner, who has full access rights to uploaded business processes, may choose to eventually delete the business processes.
•Full technical support, involving an expert Bizagi team appointed to resolve doubts, difficulties, or issues related to your subscription.
At the very moment you complete the purchase of your Bizagi Modeler plan, your subscription becomes ready to use. As a customer, you now have complete control over the content (business processes) uploaded and published in your designated cloud storage.
