Bizagi relies on a product architecture that enables end users to work on their processes from any device: tablets and cell phones. This product architecture presents a set of features that provide the best user experience, including both optimization and usability aspects. Your company can create processes and have employees access business information at anytime, anywhere.
Bizagi mobility is very flexible, allowing designers to define or each user task how it is presented for end users. The basic approach is based on the concept "design once and run anywhere", where Bizagi provides compatibility with every platform offering an optimized user experience for each device.
For advanced scenarios, designers know that certain users are likely to perform certain activities from their mobile device. For example, supervisors generally use their mobile phones to perform an approval. For these scenarios, designers can create customized forms for one or more devices to provide the best experience for users. Views can be defined for specific devices such as iPhones, Android phones, iPads, Android tablets, using a specific screen resolution. They can also create customized forms for device families, such as Smartphone, Tablet or Desktop.

•On mobile devices, Bizagi supports using the native mobile application for iOS and Android operating systems. Although you may see an option to open links with a Web Browser, this option is deprecated and not supported. You should avoid selecting the Web Browser because it will not work properly or provide a good experience. •We support iOS and Android operating systems for smartphones and tablets. •Tasks must have the mobile access property enabled to let the allocated users work on them. Otherwise, the tasks show the Summary form or the message Accessing this activity is disabled on this device. You can work on it using your desktop when the Summary form is not configured for the task. •If process creation or working on an activity must be restricted from mobile device access please refer to Restrict mobile access. •Bizagi's mobile application is compatible with the versions Spring 2024, Fall 2024 and Spring 2025 of Bizagi Automation. |
