In the Work Portal the Admin menu allows accessing several options to administrate the following Bizagi elements.

Manage Business policies, Policy groups, Preconditions, Decision tables and vocabularies in real time. |

Cases |
Reassign Activities or cancel cases. |

Dimensions |
Create, edit and delete Dimensions |

Entities |

Manage Process Time |
Only available in production environments. Edit your process and task times. |

Security |
OAuth 2 applications |
Manage (register, edit, delete) authorized OAuth2-based applications, so that you may use their credentials to integrate external systems consuming Bizagi. Consuming Bizagi with OAuth2 applications is possible by using: |
Password Encryption |
Encrypt the password used to access the database in order to increase information security. |

User permissions report |
Download a copy of the user permissions report in an excel format. For further information go to User permissions report. |

User Management |
Authentication Log Query |
Let administrators generate a log for authentication events of end users with Bizagi's Work Portal (such as failed log in attempts or successful ones, or log off events). |
Holidays |
Modify a holiday schema without deploying the entire project. This is deeper explained in the Holidays section. |

Locked accounts |
See pending request related to blocked user accounts. For further information please refer to User Pending Request |

Manage Default Assignation User |
Define and edit the default assignation users of the Processes. A default assignation user is used to assign cases where the allocation criteria is not met. For more information about default assignation user please refer to Work Allocation |

Profiles |
Include or delete users from the following items: Position, Role, Skill ,User group and Organization. View Profiles for further information |

Personas |
Define which users are Personas and edit their Persona related information. |

As this menu allows modifying different elements that affects the functionality and execution of processes, we recommend reviewing the security options to restrict access according to users profiles.
