Overview
The AI Recommendations dashboard in Monitoring Center gives you a prioritized view of the tasks where the AI Advisor has identified opportunities to apply artificial intelligence.
The dashboard ranks tasks according to their opportunity score, helping you understand which activities show the greatest potential for optimization. The score is calculated from operational evidence collected from your production processes, including factors such as execution volume, task duration, waiting time, and SLA performance.
From this dashboard, you can compare opportunities across your processes, identify which tasks have been enriched with an AI recommendation, and open an opportunity to explore the recommendation in detail.
Understanding the AI Recommendations dashboard
The dashboard provides a consolidated view of the opportunities identified during the latest AI Advisor analysis.
Each opportunity represents a task within one of your processes that was evaluated by the AI Advisor. The dashboard identifies the process and task and presents its opportunity score so you can compare its potential with other analyzed tasks.
At the top of the dashboard, you can see summary information associated with the analysis, including the opportunity scoring and information related to the potential efficiency and estimated savings of the recommendations.
The available opportunities can be displayed using either a Cards or List view. Your selected view is stored in the browser cache, so if you select List, for example, that view remains selected unless the browser cache is cleared.
The summary includes:
•High, Medium, Low: The number of analyzed tasks classified as with said score.
•AI Enriched: The number of tasks for which AI Advisor generated an AI-powered recommendation. AI Advisor enriches the top six qualifying tasks with AI to provide more detailed guidance on how AI capabilities could be applied.
•Total hours: The estimated number of hours that could be freed per year by implementing the AI-enriched recommendations shown in the scoring run. Because this value is based on AI-generated estimates, it represents potential impact rather than guaranteed savings.
The dashboard then displays the identified Automation opportunities, ranked by opportunity score.
Opportunity score
One of the main elements of the dashboard is the opportunity score.
During its monthly analysis, AI Advisor evaluates tasks using a deterministic statistical model based on their operational telemetry. The model considers multiple factors, with execution volume, average duration, average waiting time, and SLA performance among the most important.
Each analyzed task receives a score from 0 to 100. A higher score indicates a greater opportunity according to the prioritization model.
For example, a manual task with a large number of executions and significant waiting or processing time can represent a stronger opportunity than a task with limited operational impact. The scoring therefore provides an objective starting point for deciding which activities deserve closer attention.
The opportunity score should not be interpreted as a guarantee that a task must be automated. Instead, it identifies and prioritizes potential opportunities based on the operational evidence available to AI Advisor. The process owner remains responsible for evaluating whether a recommendation makes sense within the actual business context.
Each card includes:
•SLA breach rate: The percentage of executions in which the task did not meet its configured SLA.
•Efficiency gain est.: The estimated improvement in efficiency that could result from implementing the AI recommendation. For enriched opportunities, this value indicates the estimated percentage by which cycle time could be reduced.
•Estimated saved / year: The estimated number of hours of cycle time that could be freed annually if the recommendation is implemented. This value provides an indication of the potential operational impact of the opportunity and should be interpreted as an estimate rather than a guaranteed result.
AI-enriched opportunities
Not every task displayed in the ranking has a detailed AI-generated recommendation.
After scoring the tasks, AI Advisor selects the top six qualifying opportunities and enriches them using AI.
These opportunities are identified in the dashboard as AI Enriched and include a detailed recommendation describing how an AI Agent or AI Worker could potentially be used to optimize the task.
This distinction is important. The ranking helps you understand the broader set of opportunities detected by the statistical analysis, while the AI-enriched opportunities are those for which AI Advisor has generated a more detailed proposal.
Therefore, a task can appear as an identified opportunity even when it does not have an AI-enriched recommendation.
