Enterprise Knowledge is a centralized knowledge management framework that allows you to structure, store, and manage business knowledge in a reusable and efficient way. This knowledge can be integrated with AI Agents to enhance automated decision-making, support complex processes, and improve the accuracy of responses delivered by Bizagi's AI-powered features.
Currently, Enterprise Knowledge works exclusively with PDF documents that are uploaded, cataloged, and made available to AI Agents for reference during process execution. It operates as an independent component, designed to centralize business-critical information and make it easily accessible for AI Agents within your organization’s digital environment.
Key features of Enterprise Knowledge include:
•Creating, editing, and managing Knowledge Base Catalogs.
•Uploading and managing PDF files (up to 7 per catalog, each up to 50 MB). Only the text content of uploaded PDFs is processed; information contained in images within the documents is not extracted.
•Vectorizing content for AI Agents to consume through Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
•Viewing document statuses and downloading individual files.
•Removing catalogs unless associated with active AI Agents.
•Benefiting from built-in validations that ensure smooth catalog creation and management.
Enterprise Knowledge is structured around Knowledge Base Catalogs, which are housed in the AI Hub section of the platform. Catalogs are listed under the General node of the Knowledge Base Catalog section. Each catalog contains multiple PDF documents that are vectorized and made available for AI Agents to use during execution.
Each Knowledge Base Catalog contains uploaded PDF documents with the following states:
•ToLoad: File has been uploaded but not yet saved.
•ToProcess: Document saved, pending processing.
•Processing: Document is being processed to generate embeddings.
•Available: Document processed successfully and available for use.
•Failed: Processing failed.
•Unknown: Document is in an unidentified or unexpected state.
